تأسسنا بموجب تصريح من مديرية الشئون الاجتماعية بمحافظة سوهاج برقم ( 1421 لسنة 2015 ) ، بعد سنوات من العطاء ضمن مبادرات ومؤسسات مختلفة . ومن خلال عملنا اختزلنا تجارب عديدة ومتنوعة في مجال التنمية والحقوق . فقررنا أن نؤسس لعمل مجتمعي يقدم خدمات متميزة وبأثر دائم .. من خلال طاقم مؤهل وطموح لخدمة مختلف شرائح المجتمع .
الجمعية تتكون أغلبها من النساء إيمانا منا بدور المرأة في المجتمع ( 9 نساء ) منهم ( 5 من ذوي الإعاقات المختلفة حركية ــ بصرية ــ سمعية ) ( 4 نساء من أولياء أمور ذوي إعاقة ذهنية ) ، ( 4 رجال ) منهم ( 2 من ذوي الإعاقة ) .
رؤيتنا :
أن تكون الجمعية صرحاً متميزاً ورائداً على المستوى المحلي في تنمية و تمكين الفرد و الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والمجتمع .
رسالتنا :
أن تساهم الجمعية في الرقي بالمجتمع اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وثقافياً من خلال تقديم المشاريع والأنشطة المتميزة التي تعمل على التنمية المستدامة والاكتفاء الذاتي بما يحقق التكافل بين أبناء المجتمع .
