Injaz Egypt

Injaz Egypt is a non-profit organization that is a volunteer-based education program with a mission to inspire, empower and prepare Egyptian youth, enhancing their opportunities to join the job market as qualified employees and entrepreneurs.

Injaz Egypt is a member nation of Junior Achievement Worldwide and Young Enterprise Europe; the world’s largest and fastest growing organization specializing in economic education. Injaz Egypt is also part of the regional network Injaz al-Arab, which harnesses the mentorship of Arab business leaders to help inspire a culture of entrepreneurialism and business innovation among Arab youth throughout 14 countries in the MENA region. As a member of JA and Injaz al-Arab, Injaz Egypt benefits from programs that efficiently link business principles to school curricula, bringing together students, teachers and members of the business community. Injaz Egypt is in a distinctive position to actively engage the Egyptian community in inspiring and educating future generations.

Youth participation is crucial to building a strong economy upon which Egypt’s future stability and prosperity can be founded. In order to achieve this, we must urgently address the gaps that have left most Egyptian youth unprepared to become globally competitive professionals and entrepreneurs, and prepare as many as possible with skills, self-confidence and mentoring that will help them drive our future economy. Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and professional skills, critical thinking and problem solving are conspicuously missing from the public curriculum and form the key components of INJAZ Egypt’s effort to empower our disadvantaged youth and bridge the gap between public education and the skills required for professional and community leadership in our society. Injaz aims to build confidence and creativity in students to enhance their knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit, whilst encouraging private sector participation and corporate citizenship involvement in educational development.

With the cooperation with the Ministry of Education, INJAZ Egypt’s private-public partnership has impacted 406,000 Egyptian students in more than 358 public schools and 16 universities in 25 governorates as well as 31 registered Start Up companies since its establishment in 2003.

إنجاز مصر عضو في جونيور اشيفيمنت العالمية Junior Achievement Worldwide ومؤسسة مشروعات الشباب الأوروبية Young Enterprise Europe، التي تُعد أكبر المؤسسات العالمية المتخصصة في التعليم الاقتصادي وأسرعها نموًّا. كما تُعد إنجاز مصر أيضًا فرعًا من الشبكة الإقليمية التي تحمل اسم “إنجاز العرب“، والتي تستفيد من الإرشاد المُقدَّم من قادة الأعمال العرب للمساعدة على نشر ثقافة الريادة وغرس روح الابتكار في مجال الأعمال بين الشباب العرب في 14 دولة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.

وبحكم عضويتها في كل من مؤسسة إنجاز الشباب العالمية وشبكة إنجاز العرب، تستفيد إنجاز مصر من البرامج التي تربط بشكل فعَّال مبادئ الأعمال بالمناهج الدراسية، وبذلك تجمع الطلاب، والمعلمين، وأفراد مجتمع الأعمال تحت مظلة واحدة. كما أن إنجاز مصر أيضًا في وضع متميز يسمح لها بإشراك المجتمع المصري على نحو فعَّال في إلهام وتعليم الأجيال القادمة.

تُعتبَر مشاركة الشباب ركيزة أساسية لبناء اقتصاد قوي يمكن أن يرتكز عليها استقرار ورفاهية مصر في المستقبل. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، يجب علينا أن نتصدى على وجه السرعة إلى الفجوات التي تعرقل تأهيل غالبية الشباب المصري ليصبحوا مهنيين ورواد أعمال يتنافسون في السوق العالمية، وأن نؤهِّل أكبر عدد ممكن من الشباب بالمهارات، والثقة بالنفس، والإرشاد، مما يساعدهم على دفع عجلة اقتصادنا في المستقبل. تفتقر المناهج التعليمية الحكومية بشكل واضح إلى روح الريادة، ومهارات القيادة والمهارات المهنية، وروح التفكير النقدي، ومهارات حل المشكلات، وهي جميعًا مكونات أساسية لجهود إنجاز مصر الهادفة إلى تمكين شبابنا المحروم وسد الفجوة بين التعليم الحكومي والمهارات اللازمة للقيادة المهنية والمجتمعية في مجتمعنا. وتهدف إنجاز مصر إلى بناء الثقة وغرس روح الإبداع في الطلاب لتعزيز المعرفة وروح الريادة لديهم، مع تشجيع مشاركة القطاع الخاص ودمج قيم المواطنة المؤسسية في تطوير التعليم.

- بالتعاون مع وازرة التربية والتعليم، انعكس تأثير الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، التي تم إرساؤها بفضل إنجاز مصر، على 406,000 طالب مصري في أكثر من 358 مدرسة حكومية و16 جامعة في 25 محافظة، ، و ساعدت على تسجيل 31 شركة ناشئة منذ تأسيس إنجاز مصر عام 2003.
